This week we created a survey to gain a better understanding of the opinion of others on the product.We asked questions based on the following key points.
-the application of the product
-the usefulness of the product
-the lifespan of the product
we thought that the looks of the product should not be one of the keypoints as if customers buy this product they would be more concerned if they would be able to use it efficiently and how long they can use it.
